You may request a quote by phone, email or by using our online Wishlist feature. All quotes are free with no obligation.

Items are only reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Contract approval/signature and a 50% deposit payment are necessary to complete a reservation.

You may adjust items and quantities until (14) days prior to your delivery date. You will only be required to pay your remaining balance after the final adjustments.

A rental includes (3) business days. (1) day for delivery/pick up, (1) day of use, and (1) day for pick up/return. Weekly, monthly and long-term rentals are also available at your request.

Yes! We have well-trained professionals who would be happy to sit down with you and help plan the event.

Tents and tent lighting include setup and strike. All other items are available for setup and strike services at an additional charge. This service includes customer meetings and predetermined layouts prior to set up day.

All items are available for customer pick up and return with the exception of Tents. Customer pick up and returns must be scheduled in advance and are available from Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Our team is happy to help with the carrying and loading/unloading of your rental items. Transport of rental items to and from our warehouse is solely the customer’s responsibility. Please consider a trailer or proper transport vehicle appropriate for the size of your rental order. The customer is also responsible for any straps and/or protection necessary while transporting the rental items.

No. Additional delivery fees may apply to an order totaling less than $200.00.

No. All sales are final as reserved and occupied rental items are removed from our available inventory.
